When refunds are issued and how they are paid.
This policy explains how E Z HOMEWARE LIMITED, trading as EZ Home, handles refunds for homeware reset packs.
When you are entitled to a refund
- You returned an unused pack within the 30-day window described in our returns policy.
- A pack arrived damaged or faulty.
- You received an item different from the one you ordered.
How refunds are calculated
Approved refunds cover the price of the returned pack. Original shipping charges are refunded where a pack was damaged, faulty or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Our online payment is being connected — current status: payment provider pending. While this is the case, any order placed by direct arrangement will be refunded using the same method it was paid with, and we will confirm the details with you by email.
Timeframe
Once a returned pack is received and checked, we aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
Your statutory rights
This policy operates alongside your rights under UK consumer law and does not affect them.
